How to get pure water from a deserted Island with...(Chemistry Homework)?
How to get pure water from diserted Island with only these materials:
1)chang kol (some kind of ground digging tool)
2)Stones,Sand,Sea water (of cos i am on the Island)
3)1 black trash bag (i don't get it,lol)
4)1.5L empty water bottle
5)1 ball of string
6)No tree=No Wood
7)No fire or Fire Starter or Ligher
Misson:
Get enough pure water for 4 people to survive for 2 days.
Note:Cannot less then 4 people and only can use the materials provided.

Firstly dig a hole, quite deep, from there place the bottle in the hole, then fill the hole with some sea water, Place the trash bag over the hole ensure its covered. Weigh it down with the rocks/stones around the edges of the hole, Place a stone directly over the water bottle, Thats should be set up then.
The theory would be, the heat of the deserted Island would cause the sea water in the hole to evaporate, Then condense on the trash bag, from the the stone which is places over the bottle will then cause the water to drop into the bottle.
Hopefully you will understand what I mean
