Ready to make tracks, but without the beef jerky? Here are some recipes you can try backpack vegetarian, with some snacks.

Oliva Oil Noodles

It is a simple recipe that does not need to write. Bring a small bag of spices (whatever you want), legumes, pasta and olive oil. Soak dry while you are setting up camp. Then cook with the pasta. Drain and add spices, salt and oil oil for a delicious dinner.

If you make the thinnest pasta you can find - something like angel hair spaghetti - you will save time, fuel and cooking problems. If you want to dress up a little food and over who are walking in the Southwest, you can take a few pine nuts add gable. Parmesan is another good addition, and may take several days if kept out of the sun's heat.

Soups simplest

Most grocery stores carry dry soups that require you just pour boiling water on them. Those in the high of more space, but still light and very comfortable. Do not wash the dishes, except the spoon.

Vegetarian options are limited to those, but the good news is that there are few. Even better news: some of the most tasty soups-in-a-cup can get are the varieties of black beans or lentil soup. Most of these animal products are not in them.

Backpacking Uncooked Vegetarian Recipes

Personally, I do not cook. In fact, we rarely carry a stove when backpacking. Being without food cooked means no stove, fuel, or pans. That's less weight and fewer dishes to wash. But what backpack vegetarian recipes for those of us who do not want to cook?

Most appetizers (with some exceptions such as dried meat) are naturally vegetarian. For example, any number of mixed fruit dried fruit, chocolate chip and oatmeal cooked in a dry combination easy road. You do not have to be precise about this, or recall any of the recipes.

Peanut butter and wheat crackers is another high protein high energy food bag. Bread can be made with care and you can make peanut butter sandwiches and wild fruits. I did it with strawberries, but sandwiches peanut butter and blueberries are my favorite.

If you can eat cheese head file for the first day without spoiling. Frozen "dogs vegetables" may be too, and thaw in time to cook on the fire of the first night. In other words, need not be complicated. You can make your own backpacking simple vegetarian recipes.

plane from New York to Ireland, direct flight, what should I follow?

It was during the night. Can I bring my own snacks? I am sick car, Can I take Dramamine or may not bring drugs? I'll take your iPod. After I'm getting to pack / Hotel so do not want too much to bear! Is it difficult to sleep on the plane? Do you turn off the lights?

You can bring snacks on the plane not only liquids that are more 3 oz You can make everything on the counter medication, and any order if your name is on the bottle. Sleeping on the plane is easy for me, but often international flight. To be close is probably difficult and may be too excited to sleep. I recommend cold medicine at night because it will feel groggy in the morning. Things to turn off the lights, but I want to wear earplugs and a mask cover Eye (you can buy in a shop at the airport, or probably Walmart). The flight is so long, but only 6-7 hours, so do not worry too much! Bon voyage!
