Setting up for blacklight party where and what to buy...?
Ok, We're having a lock in at our gym this weekend. We are wanting to play Blacklight Volleyball... I know I'll need a great deal of blacklights to pull it off, but what I need to know is what type? Standard blacklight bulbs on lamps? I'd prefer spotlights, and where can I buy them? I can't go to the web because shipping won't make it here on time... I'll need enough to light up the net, and the white lines on the floor... The players will be using neon glow in the dark rings around their neck and wrists so they can be seen... Where can I buy this stuff and what type? Walmart, Kmart? Mall, Target, Hardware stores... Thanks!
I have both Spencers and Hobby Lobby but i went to their website and didn't see anything for large areas, only small rooms and table sections... I'll try Big Lots and see if they have anything also... Anyone else have any ideas?
Do you have a "Spencers" anywhere? They have unusual stuff.
However it sounds like you'll need a lot of it: Another option is "Big Lots" . They may have leftover Halloween stuff like that, marked down.
Try a home warehouse like Lowes; they may have the black lights. Get neon paint to dress up decorations (Call around first, time is important. Call a paint dept manager for exact type)
Do you have a craft supply center like "Hobby Lobby" - they may have these things!
